Ryan Kwast – VP of Sales & Engineering

Yeah, we can do that.

Ryan Kwast

Before starting work at Griplock Systems in 2004, Ryan worked for nearly 4 years at TriSep Corporation as an Applications and Design Engineer. After starting at Griplock, under the tutelage of Hugo Napier, one of the original founders of the company, Ryan immediately began designing and engineering suspension systems for the company’s up and coming display line, earning him a reputation as an innovator within the company and its customers.

Over the years, Ryan began working with more and more customers directly, finding creative solutions to fit their needs. Many years and several advancements later, after perfecting his craft in both sales and engineering, Ryan was promoted to VP of Sales and Engineering. Now, there are few things Ryan isn’t involved in with Griplock Systems. From Sales and Customer Service to Engineering, Quality Control, and Production, Ryan is an integral part of the company on a daily basis and its long-term strategy.

During his time at Griplock, Ryan has developed thousands of suspension systems for customers big and small throughout the country. He works with everyone from engineers at lighting OEMs to integrate Griplock into their fixtures, to designers helping their visions of modern, creative displays come to life, to contractors who need an inexpensive, fast suspension solution, and everyone in-between. He has a few patents under his name, including the increasingly popular Rincon® Powered Suspension System. And he is always looking for the next trendsetting product that our customers are looking for.

Outside of work, Ryan is a devoted husband and father. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing beach volleyball, mountain biking, and good food.
