The number of LED lighting manufacturers eliminating the need for a power cord by incorporating Griplock® Systems powered suspension systems continues to rise, resulting in a new brand for the company.
Carpinteria, CA– July 2015 – Griplock® Systems, LLC, a market leader in the cable suspension industry since 1992, announces a new brand for its single conductor powered suspension system as a result of the increasing demand and new products on the horizon – Rincon™.
“We felt that now was the time for rebranding,” states Griplock Systems CEO Sedge Dienst. “GE, Eaton, Hubbardton Forge…these are just a few of the lighting manufacturers that have adopted our single-conductor powered suspension system, now known as Rincon. Thanks to the LED revolution, we see even more companies coming on board and we have new CordFree products on the way so we can accommodate any low voltage class 2 LED fixture.”
Rincon™ is a single-conductor powered suspension system utilizing CordFree™ technology for linear fixtures, light boxes, and multi-pendant LED fixtures requiring multiple connectors. The system eliminates the need for a separate power cord, offering a clean and elegant look. Rincon® is complete with Griplock’s ground-breaking grippers, which provide labor-saving tool-free installation and quick adjustments in the field.
The Rincon™ powered suspension system will be on display in the Griplock® Systems booth #639 at the upcoming NECA trade show October 4-6 in San Francisco, CA.
“We received a lot of positive feedback at GlobalShop and Lightfair this year and are looking forward to NECA in October,” states Hugo Napier, EVP of Sales. “We’re seeing more companies putting Rincon into their product development and if they can’t use Rincon for a current line, they’re moving towards our thinnest cable suspension system yet, Wisp™, which is perfect for lightweight fixtures, artwork, or displays.”
Griplock® is the safest, strongest, simplest and most versatile system of its kind on the market today, offering thousands of precision-made parts to fit almost every conceivable application. For more information contact Griplock® Systems at 805-566-0064.
