You allow Griplock Systems, LLC the right to publish your name. You represent and warrant that (i) the photo is your original work, or is properly licensed by you, and does not violate the copyright or any other personal or property right of any third party, (ii) you have obtained any and all releases and permissions necessary for us to publicly display, copy, reproduce and use the photo as described above, and (iii) you agree to indemnify Griplock Systems, LLC and its affiliates against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of your breach of the above warranties.
